Privacy
Stackfull is a goal system. This page says what it keeps, where that goes, and what you control. It is written to be read, not scrolled past.
What Stackfull stores
Your goals, their steps, the things you write when you’re stuck, your check-ins, and the conversation inside each goal. All of it lives in a database on your device that is encrypted per user, and it syncs through Supabase so it follows you across your devices.
AI
To draft questions, bridges and reminders, the words you write are sent from our server to a model provider. Your device never talks to the provider directly, and the provider’s key lives only on our server.
Analytics
We count events, not content. A goal was created, a step was completed, a check-in happened. Never a goal title, never a sentence you wrote, never a message body. If the app’s safety net fires, we record that it fired, as a count, and nothing else.
Retention
Contact the Privacy Officer below for the retention periods applicable to your account, conversations and summaries, or to request deletion. Local copies, synchronized records and provider backups require separate handling. We will explain any records that must be retained for an applicable legal obligation.
Your controls
Contact the Privacy Officer below to request access, correction, an eligible portable copy, or deletion of your personal information. We verify account control proportionately and respond to access and correction requests in writing within 30 days of receipt. Device and biometric settings depend on your platform and release.
The waitlist
The email you enter on this site is stored so we can tell you when a TestFlight group or the store release opens. It is used for nothing else, is never sold, and one message to the address below removes it.
